What is NOT included?
Three things most homeowners arrange locally: electrical service with bonding ($3,000–$8,000 by a licensed electrician), a gas line if you choose a propane heater, and landscaping. I’m in New Hampshire — do I pay Massachusetts sales tax?
No. NH has no sales tax, so once we verify your NH delivery address, a tax-free discount comes off the listed price at contract.
What happens after I build my estimate?
