For excavation, Installation, equipment, plumbing, and backfill 20k-25k depending on size. Trucking, loading and disposing of excavated materials 2k-5k depending on size and if we can find a free dump site in your area (usually can). Water cost roughly $400-$1200 depending on pool size. Electrical service 3k-8k with bonding included. Cement collar for top of pool edge 3k-4k. To fence in a pools with standard black aluminum post with two gates $6k to 8k depending on size. Crane for unloading and setting pool if needed, $1200-$2400 depending on location. Patio depends on size and type, need to price this per job, Winter safety cover $2k-5k. Automatic Pool cover (cannot be used for winterizing, but can be used in place of a fence) $17k-20k. Heater $3k-6k with installation.
