Chlorine generators / Salt systems: void the warranty for most above ground swimming pools. The only pools that don’t void the warranty, are those that prorate the wall after just two years, even if you have a 60 year, or lifetime warranty, the wall will cost 50% after just two years. So you will pay there cost for the wall, the shipping, the new liner, and the tear down and rebuild of your pool. Salt is corrosive towards all metal!
As an alternative I highly recommend the Oxygen Pools System. It is an elegant solution to water sanitation and is chlorine free!
