Types of Swimming Pools We Install
Above Ground Pools

I’ve been a Doughboy pool dealer, worked with Swim & Play and Wilbar International through distribution, repaired Kayak & Gibraltar, etc… Which is why I’m proud to say, I install the best above ground pools made, by the best manufacturer: Aquasport Pools LLC / Formally known as Buster Crabbe Pools.
We sell and install what I consider to be the elite above ground pools: The Admiral’s Walk – This is a Rectangle Pools with Deck & Fence, The Aquasport 52, which is one of two of the strongest above ground pools money can buy. Plus the Fox Ultimate. We also have inexpensive rolled wall pools, the kind that make up about 90% of the above ground pool market. Our Lamark Edge & Atlas pools use US American Steel, and our Dauntless model is all aluminum. We also make available an upgrade of the Atlas or Lamark pools to an aluminum wall at our cost. These are all made by US American Union Workers in New Jersey.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do you handle permits?
A: We try not to in most cases. We have our workers compensation and liability insurance company send you and your town a certificate of insurance, and a copy of my contractors license number to check for complaints. Look it Up here (my license #: 191300). I’ve never had a complaint filed against my license.
Q: What do I need to get a pool permit?
A: Most applications can now be filled out online. Above ground pool permits are easier and faster than inground permits. 1st, you’ll need your Plot Plan, the pool has to be drawn perfectly to scale where it is going (I can help with that). 2nd, You’ll need an electrician, your permit will not be issued until an electrician has pulled a permit. 3rd, you will need a brochure or manual of the pool. For inground pools you will likely need an engineer or surveyor to do the drawing to scale on the plot plan, and later do an “as built” drawing once the job is complete. Inground and semi inground pools will need a fence plan, a dump location sited for excavated material disposal. The town building department will also want to know the total cost of the project, and collect the fee.
Q: What if I don’t have a plot plan?
A: you will need to get one as this outlines your properties boundaries, which are required to access “set backs”. To speed up the process, contact the local surveyor that likely did the original as they may have your property lines already.
